NICE FARMS CREAMERY
Caroline County, MD
Nice Farms Creamery, owned and operated by Bob Miller, is located on the 201-acre Miller and Tanner Dairy Farm in American Corner, MD. The farm, named in honor of Bob's grandfather, Leon R. Nice, has been in operation in Caroline County since 1989 when Bob's parents relocated their dairy cows from NJ. Miller's cows, Holsteins and Holstein crosses, produce high-quality, all-natural milk for the creamery's yogurt and cream-line milk products, which are made on site.
Nice Farms Creamery's cows are grass-fed, grazing on the farms' pastures 21 hours a day for more than 9 months of the year. Today, Nice Farms Creamery is one of the few remaining small, family-operated dairies left on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
